Woke up with aches all over my body, thanks to 40 sit-ups and 20+ pull-ups. I did all that on Monday but only beginning to feel the pain now. o.O How weird~

Everytime I laugh,cough or sneeze,my abs hurt a lot.So I try to prevent myself from crapping which usually results in endless laughter. Of course,that is impossible if you have a Ghazali sitting next to you. -.-
